"Phoenix"

The focal point of this copper piece is the glass flower frog, filled with brass orbs and at the head of the re birthing from fire. Flowing behind this ascension is a heat colored section of hammered copper. Steel balls embedded in the metal sparkle like the stars on a clear winter night in Maine (take my word for it). The 3 flowing tendrils are hand carved mahogany and the background is a black star-field textured paint.
Phoenix measures 23 X 27 inches.
