Returns are accepted if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective upon arrival. Notification of defect and intent to return/exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.
Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries -- and in the original packaging. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
